MP3 Flash Players

Selecting a digital music player involves navigating some choppy waters. It’s easy to get bowled over by the waves of new technology. First, think about the size of your music collection. Do you have a modest sized collection of just your all-time faves or are you the live-for-music type who’s first in line when a new CD comes out? At most, a Flash MP3 Player will hold the equivalent of approximately 20 CDs. using such technology provides numerous opportunities and advantages; for example:
Coby MP705-4GBLK MP3 player with 2″ full-color TFT LCD
• 4GB flash memory 2″ full-color TFT LCD with FM and touchpad control, super-slim design
• display resoultion 176 x 220, intergrated flash memory support
• format supports; audio: MP3,WMA,OGG and video: WMV,FLV,AVI, and photo: JPEG, BMP, GIG and text:TXT, DRM support: WMDRM10
• OSD menu multi-language
• FM tuner, 3.5mm stereo plug for use with most audio devices, USB 2.0 hi-speed for fast file transfers
Coby MP3 Flash Players, this is a fantastic product! It’s about the size of an Apple Nano (the older one); holds a tremendous amount of media; is very durable; and costs about 1/3 of the cost of a Nano. There are only two small down-sides. You can’t delete the file from the unit. You have to plug it into a computer. Also, the controls take a little getting used to. Even though it has a circle, it doesn’t have the feature of scrolling by tracing the circle with your thumb as Apple does. Transferring files is very easy. You can either use software like Windows Media Player, or open the files yourself to give complete control.
Little problem with Coby MP3 flash players about the clunky interface, but just my opinion. It takes some getting used to and is not really intuitive. You will be constantly referring to the instruction manual until you have memorized all the special commands, esp. in radio mode. It does not help that the “buttons” disappear after a few seconds of inactivity.
Next, think about where you’ll be taking your MP3 flash players. For example, if you want something you can listen to at the gym; a flash player might be the right choice because it tends to be lighter. A hard drive player would be bulky and heavy, at least in relation to a workout. Yes… I would recommend Coby MP3 Flash Players to anyone, you get a great little player and good for price…
